Welcome to our 20 m2 mini- home with 2 sleep lofts. It's situated on a hilltop in a private and peaceful area, just beside the lake, 10 minutes to ocean and 10 minutes walk to nature reserve. Wildlife just outside your window.
The house is furnished and has a small kitchen with sink, fridge/ freezer, stovetop. There is place for a dining table for 4 persons a small sofa and 2 lofts on each side. One with a 140 bed and the opposite one with a 105 cm bed .There is a shower and toilet. Washing machine is placed in the small kitchen

Parking is just downstairs on the street. To reach the house there are many stairs, since the house is on s hilltop.

Excellent communication to Sthlm with bus. The closest station is Rotvik approximately 7 minutes walk. It takes about 25 minutes to central station with direct bus during rush hours. Multiple other buses both to Gullmarsplan and also towards the archipelago.
Great restaurants such as Deli, Sushi, Tapas 5 minutes walk. Closest shops are in Tyresö Strand with Supermarket and other restaurants, library, school etc only 15 minutes walk. Welcome to this oasis!

Just five minutes away you can go ice skating on the lake or fishing. From this house you have a lakeview!
